These terms apply when you use mellowstep.com or buy from Mellowstep. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We try hard to keep product details and prices accurate. If we make a pricing mistake, we'll contact you before charging and you can cancel for a full refund. We may refuse or cancel an order we suspect is fraudulent.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment goes through.

Product information

Colors can look slightly different on different screens, and sizing charts are a guide. If something isn't what you expected, our refund policy covers you.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
