Shipping Policy

We ship to the United States, and shipping is free on every order.

How long it takes

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days. Delivery to most US addresses then takes 7-15 business days. Our shoes ship from partner warehouses, which is how we keep prices low - but it also means delivery isn't next-day, and we'd rather tell you that up front.

Holidays and peak seasons can add a few days. If that happens we'll let you know by email.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you'll get an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 2-3 days to show movement after that email, so don't worry if it looks quiet at first.

Lost or late packages

If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after it shipped, email us at [email protected]. We'll send a new pair or give you a full refund - your choice.

Wrong address

Double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it before the order ships.
