This page explains what information Mellowstep collects when you visit mellowstep.com or buy from us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you order: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give it, and what you bought. Card details are entered directly into our payment processor, Stripe - we never see or store your full card number.

When you browse: basic technical data like your browser type, pages viewed, and roughly where you're visiting from. We use cookies and similar tools (including analytics and advertising pixels such as Google Analytics and Meta) to understand which pages work and to measure our ads.

How we use it

To process and ship your order, send order and tracking emails, answer your questions, prevent fraud, and improve the store. If you sign up for emails, we'll send offers too, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Only the companies we need to run the store: our payment processor (Stripe), our fulfillment and shipping partners (so your order can reach you), our email and hosting providers, and analytics and advertising platforms. We don't sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we honor the same requests from everyone. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of checkout may not work without them.

Keeping it safe

The site runs over HTTPS, payments are handled by Stripe, and access to order data is limited to what's needed to fulfill orders. We keep order records as long as we need them for accounting and legal reasons.
